展开全部Abstract: in recent years, China's gross domestic economy has been growing in a steady speed, and its market competition has been increasingly intensifying. As a result, internal control has become a significant component of companies' survival in the future and the key to their continuing development. A robust internal control system has to be both theoretically sound and practically viable. Therefore, using the five elements of the internal control framework as the theoretical basis, combined with the actual needs of the enterprises in operation management, this thesis deigns the internal control on the four economic operation cycles in monetary capital, procurement and payment, sales and payment collection, and costs. At the end of the paper, the thesis analyses existing issues within the internal control schemes in our country, and provides insights and suggestions on the following three aspects: improving the structure of internal control, strengthening the budgetary management and fully utilizing the internal audit function.Keywords: internal control, monetary capital, procurement and payment.
