环渤海地区港口竞争力比较问题研究

摘要 环渤海区域港口群，由辽宁、京津冀和山东沿海港口群组成，以大连港和营口港为主的辽宁沿海港口群成为东北三省及内蒙东部地区经济社会发展的支撑和对外交流的重要口岸. 是我国沿海的主要港口之一和综合运输体系的重要枢纽,环渤海地区处在东北亚经济区的中心地带，是中国北方地区进入太平洋走向全世界的重要通道，区位优势突出；从国内范围看，环渤海地区处在中国华北、东北和华东三大区的结合部，是中国城市群、港口群和产业群最为密集的区域之一。环渤海地区的港口与国际主要枢纽港相比还有一定的差距，但经过一段时间的发展，都有可能成为区域性枢纽港，也是东北地区优化生产力布局、调整产业结构、振兴老工业基地的重要支柱。 本文首先通过对各港口的介绍和特色的叙述来系统的分析了整个渤海区域港口的分布位置，从而了解渤海沿岸港口结构，在此基础上文章阐述了港口体系和选择合理化体系对港口建设的影响，然后针对港口信息化管理进行研究，建立一个系统化的管理模式使信息化在港口建设中起重要推动作用，通过研究得出信息化使港口管理更加完善。 关键词：枢纽；重要支柱；合理化 Abstract Port group around Bohai area, from Liaoning, Tianjin and Hebei, and Shandong coastal port group composed of Dalian Port and Yingkou, Liaoning coastal port of Hong Kong-based group into the three northeast provinces and Inner Mongolia, the eastern region's economic and social development support and a major foreign exchange port.
