  In this study, obtained research group refined group of Gonyaulax toxins (GTX1-4) as the standard material, using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), through analysis and comparison of column derivatization reaction conditions (temperature, pH, ammonium concentration and formamide concentration) of GTX1-4 fluorescence intensity of reaction, and the mobile phase conditions (methanol, sodium heptyl concentration, the concentration of phosphate buffer solution, PH value of the mobile phase) of GTX1-4 effect of separation, optimization of GTX1- 4 HPLC detection conditions, the establishment of the HPLC detection of GTX1-4 platform for GTXs the universal HPLC detection technology and provide a scientific basis. Optimization of post-column derivatization results, GTX1, GTX2, GTX3 and GTX4 in different reaction conditions, the fluorescence intensity of reaction were significantly different, GTX3 maximum fluorescence intensity of reaction, but also by the impact of weak conditions, followed by GTX2, GTX4 and GTX1. When the reaction conditions were: reaction liquid PH value 7.47, 50% formamide concentration, reaction temperature 50 ℃, when the ammonium concentration of 0.75%, better able to detect the composition of the GTX1-4. Optimization of mobile phase showed that the concentration of 1% methanol, sodium heptyl concentration 1.5mM, phosphate buffer concentration 10mM, PH value of the mobile phase of 7.5, then the separation of GTX1-4 overall best. Compared with the Long Island, GTX1, GTX2, GTX3 and GTX4 the HPLC detection response increased by 25%, respectively, 82%, 49%, 12%.
