目的 观察人工流产术后加服口服避孕药优思明的临床治疗效果，了解是否能降低人工流产的并发症。方法 将行人工流产术后妇女共360例随机按术后是否服用优思明治疗分为两组，服用优思明治疗者为实验组180例，每日一片，服21天为一个周期，连服三个周期；未服用者为对照组180例，两组均于术后使用抗生素及活血化瘀药物治疗3天。观察两组术后子宫出血时间；比较三周后彩超复查的子宫内膜厚度、月经紊乱情况及两月内宫腔粘连发生率；观察两组患者体重的改变。结果 实验组子宫出血时间短，效果优于对照组（P﹤0.05）；两组子宫内膜厚度差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）；实验组月经紊乱及宫腔粘连发生率明显低于对照组（ P﹤0.05）；实验组妇女无明显体重增加，药物不良反应轻。结论：优思明除了有良好的避孕效果外，人流术后应用优思明可以减少宫腔粘连的发生，避免了因人流引起的月经紊乱，同时解决了妇女因服用避孕药而引起的体重增加的问题，值得临床推广应用。Abstract: Objective To observe the following artificial abortion plus oral contraceptives Yasmin clinical therapeutic effect, to understand whether can reduce the complications of induced abortion. Two groups were observed after uterine bleeding time; comparison of three weeks after ultrasound reexamination of the endometrial thickness, menstrual disorders and two months intrauterine adhesions occur rate; two groups were observed in patients with body weight changes.
